Matt has over 25 years experience in residential and mixed use development. Having held leading roles as an advisor for 16 years, and developer investor for over 10 years Matt has a wealth of real estate experience across all UK sectors.
Damian has a proven track record spanning more than 20 years. His earlier experience includes roles at LaSalle Investment Management where he assisted with managing a portfolio of over 100 properties . He later moved to SJI where he spent 7 years as Development Director, delivering numerous mixed- use regeneration schemes in the South East.

In January 2026 we submitted an outline planning application for 317 residential homes whilst retaining some existing office space and the listed manor house.

Hanover Place is a Landmark Mixed Use building located on in Central Bromley just 2 mins walk to Bromley South train station.
The building sits within 1.3 acres and provides 105,000 square feet of Retail space and Grade A office accommodation along with 80 parkings spaces.

In December 2023 we were excited to have submitted an outline planning application for 130 new residential homes. This proposed scheme is located within the town of March and forms part of Fenlands broad concept plan for March.
Resolution to grant planning permission was consented at committee on 30th October 2024
We have a further 5 acres within the same allocation in March and will begin progressing a planning application during 2026.

We secured reserve matters planning permission at committee in March 2026 for a fully mixed use scheme in East London totalling 1186 units and consisting of 541 PBSA Units, 288 Co -Living Units, 357 Residential Apartments and a mix of ground floor Commercial spaces.
