Current Projects
March, Cambridgeshire
In December 2023 we were excited to have submitted an outline planning application for 130 new residential homes. This proposed scheme is located within the town of March and forms part of Fenlands broad concept plan.
Resolution to grant planning permission was given at committee on 30th October 2024
We have a further 8 acres within the same allocation in March and will begin progressing a planning application during 2025.
Ilford Eastside, Ilford, London
Bonds Landco are working on a reserve matters application for the outline 672 unit scheme along with exciting changes and benefits to the outline consent and proposed scheme due for submission in December 2024
