Sefton Park is 34 acres of office campus providing c.125,000 sqft of office accommodation and extensive amenity facilities, including 9 hole Golf Course, Cricket Pavillion and Tennis Courts.

Hanover Place, Bromley, London
Hanover Place is a Landmark Mixed Use building located on in Central Bromley just 2 mins walk to Bromley South train station.
The building sits within 1.3 acres and provides 105,000 square feet of Retail space and Grade A office accommodation along with 80 parkings spaces.

In December 2023 we were excited to have submitted an outline planning application for 130 new residential homes. This proposed scheme is located within the town of March and forms part of Fenlands broad concept plan for March.
Resolution to grant planning permission was consented at committee on 30th October 2024
We have a further 5 acres within the same allocation in March and will begin progressing a planning application during 2025.

Bonds Landco are working on a reserve matters application for the outline 672 unit scheme along with exciting changes and benefits to the outline consent and proposed scheme
Our Reserve Matters Application was submitted in March 2025 for c.500 student beds, c.300 co-liv units and .c350 residential apartments.
